研究方向简介:

以有机半导体材料为研究对象,通过外界条件对半导体晶体或薄膜材料的刺激和作用,有效调控有机半导体分子在薄膜中的结晶行为和聚集态结构,同时发现作用过程中的规律和机理,并应用于半导体器件,包括光伏电池、薄膜晶体管、传感器等等。在工程领域,我们以高性能PVB树脂及其夹胶玻璃制品,高性能减震降噪材料为主要产品和研发目标,针对民用和军用市场的客户需求,开展技术攻关,部分技术已实现产业化。
